Pricing & Payment
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Current rates are listed on the pricing page.
- The price in effect when the ticket is opened applies to that order. Prices quoted in DMs are estimates valid for 7 days; the final price is confirmed in the ticket.
- Payment is due in full after the raw preview (unedited render) is sent and before final delivery. 100% upfront is also accepted.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Robux (group payout or gamepass), Crypto and PIX (Brazilian clients).
- Listed Robux prices are the net amount received. Group payouts have no tax, so the listed price applies. When paying via gamepass, the 30% platform tax is added on top (35k = 50k gamepass).
- For group payouts, final files are delivered after the payout is received.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited and result in a permanent blacklist and loss of usage rights.

Rescales, Variants & Revisions
- A rescale is the conversion of an existing 16:9 thumbnail into a 1:1 icon, and nothing else. It does not work in reverse: an icon cannot be rescaled into a thumbnail. Turning an icon into a 16:9 thumbnail is a new thumbnail at full price.
- All rescales are paid, regardless of difficulty.
- A variant is a small change to an existing artwork (pose, character, item, color) and is charged $15 to $30 USD (5k to 10k Robux) depending on the change.
- Variants that only change text or numbers are free, up to 5 per artwork. Additional ones are charged as a variant.
- Up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments are included per artwork (small position, color or effect tweaks).
- Major revisions or concept changes after approval are charged separately.

Orders & Contact
- Initial contact can be made via DM.
- All orders must be processed through the official ticket system.
- I am not responsible for any agreements made outside the ticket system.
- Each batch must be fully paid before a new one is started.

Queue & Priority
- Your place in the queue is confirmed once the ticket is open and the briefing is complete. It is released if you go unresponsive for 48h before work starts.
- Orders are handled in queue order unless a rush fee is applied.
- Rush delivery is optional and adds +50% on top of the item's standard rate.

Delivery & Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days per thumbnail.
- Delivery time starts once the full briefing and all assets are provided and the order reaches the front of the queue.
- The delivery estimate pauses while waiting on client feedback or approval (concept choice, preview review). Delays caused by the client extend delivery time.
- Previews (raw/base renders) are watermarked and must not be used unless full payment is completed.

Client Responsibility
- The client is responsible for providing clear instructions and all necessary assets before work begins.
- The client confirms they own, or have permission to use, all assets provided for the commission.
- Changes due to unclear or missing information may result in additional fees.

Creative Direction
- 2 to 3 initial concepts are included in every thumbnail order so the client can choose a direction. Additional concept rounds may be charged.
- I follow the client's briefing, but final technical and artistic decisions remain with the artist.
- The order scope is defined at the start. Additional requests outside the agreed scope are charged separately.

Tools & Process
- AI tools may be used as a support step for VFX, pose adjustments and render fixes that can't be done manually. Composition, rendering and final art remain manual work.

Usage Rights
- S0DA retains full ownership and copyright of all artwork, including concepts and previews. The client receives a license to use the final artwork as described below.
- You may use the artwork for your game, group and social media.
- The artwork cannot be resold, transferred, edited or claimed as your own.
- Commercial use outside Roblox is not allowed unless explicitly agreed.
- By default, I may showcase the work in my portfolio or server. Work for unreleased games is only shown after the game is public, unless agreed otherwise. Clients may request full privacy before work begins.

Performance Disclaimer
- I do not guarantee performance (CTR, views, sales).
- I provide optimized visuals based on experience and industry standards.

Cancellations & Refunds
- If I cancel the order for reasons on my end, a full refund is issued.
- If delivery runs more than 7 days past the estimate for reasons on my end, the client may cancel for a full refund.
- Cancellations by the client, or caused by client conduct (section 12), are not refunded.
- If the client cancels or goes unresponsive for 48h+ after work has started, the order is closed, all work is forfeited, and any future orders from that client require 100% upfront payment.

Communication & Conduct
- Be clear and respectful when submitting your request.
- Reference images are recommended.
- Disrespectful or toxic behavior, or repeated rushing and spamming, may result in order cancellation.
- I reserve the right to decline orders involving NSFW, hateful or scam-related content.

Final Delivery
- Final files are delivered in PNG or ZIP format only.
- Source files (PSD) are not included by default and require an additional fee if requested. PSD files may be simplified, merged or partially flattened to protect proprietary workflow. Editable layers may be limited.
- Roblox Studio files (.RBXL) and in-studio setups (lighting, assets, scene configuration) are proprietary and are never shared.

General Terms
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.
- These terms apply to all commissions without exception.
- By purchasing my services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
