Edits & Rescales
- All rescales are paid, regardless of difficulty.
- Minor changes are allowed; major changes require an additional fee.
- Limited revisions included (minor adjustments only).
- Major revisions or concept changes will be charged.

Pricing & Payment
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after delivery, or 100% upfront.
- Upfront payment is required after the base render (raw preview) is sent.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Robux, Crypto and PIX (Brazilian clients).
- When paying with Robux, the platform tax must be covered by the client.
- For group payouts, the final files will only be delivered after payment is received.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklist and loss of usage rights.

Orders & Contact
- Initial contact can be made via DM.
- All orders must be processed through the official ticket system.
- I am not responsible for any agreements made outside the ticket system.

Slots & Queue
- Slots are limited (3 slots total, 1 slot = 1 thumbnail).
- Slots are only reserved after upfront payment.
- Unpaid requests do not hold a slot.
- Orders are handled in queue order unless a rush fee is applied.

Delivery & Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 2–3 days.
- Delivery time starts after upfront payment and full briefing is provided.
- Delays caused by the client (late replies, missing info) will extend delivery time.
- Rush delivery is optional and requires an additional rush fee.
- I reserve the right to cancel the order if the client keeps rushing or spamming.

Client Responsibility
- The client is responsible for providing clear instructions and all necessary assets before work begins.
- Changes due to unclear or missing information may result in additional fees.

Usage Rights
- You may use the artwork for your game, group and social media.
- By default, I may showcase the work in my portfolio or server unless the client requests privacy beforehand.
- The artwork cannot be resold, transferred, edited, or claimed as your own.
- Commercial use outside Roblox is not allowed unless explicitly agreed.

Creative Direction
- I follow the client's briefing, but final technical and artistic decisions remain with the artist.
- Concept/idea development is not included unless explicitly requested and may require an additional fee.
- The order scope is defined at the start. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Performance Disclaimer
- I do not guarantee performance (CTR, views, sales).
- I provide optimized visuals based on experience and industry standards.

Refund Policy
- If I cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.
- If the client cancels, no refund will be provided.
- No refunds after work has started.
- If the client becomes unresponsive for 48h+, the order may be closed without refund.

Communication
- Be clear and respectful when submitting your request.
- Reference images are recommended.
- Disrespectful or toxic behavior may result in order cancellation.

Preview & Usage Protection
- Previews (raw/base renders) are watermarked and must not be used unless full payment is completed.

Final Delivery
- Final files are delivered in PNG or ZIP format only.
- Source files (PSD) are not included by default and require an additional fee if requested.
- PSD files may be simplified, merged, or partially flattened to protect proprietary workflow and techniques.
- Editable layers may be limited. Complex effects, lighting, and composition may be merged or flattened.
- Roblox Studio files (.RBXL) are strictly not included and will never be shared.
- All in-studio setups, including lighting, assets, and scene configurations, are proprietary and remain confidential.

General Terms
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.
- These terms apply to all commissions without exception.
